My Story
Why I Started Offering Past Life Regression
The personal search that led me from a simple question about what happens when we die to a calling I didn’t expect.
People often ask me how I ended up doing this work. It wasn’t a straight line, and it didn’t start with a plan to become a hypnotist. It started with a question I couldn’t get answered any other way.
Quick Answer
A search for answers about what happens after death led me to my own first past life regression, and later to a regression that revealed a gift I’d carried across lifetimes but never had permission to use. That experience is what moved me away from coaching and counseling alone and into building a full past life regression and spiritual hypnosis practice.

A Question I Couldn’t Get Answered
A few years ago, I started on this path with a simple question: what actually happens when we die?
I grew up Catholic, so naturally, that’s where I looked first. I went searching for a priest who could give me a real, detailed answer — something with substance. I never found it. The answers I got were either too vague or too rehearsed, and none of them satisfied what I was actually asking.
That search eventually led me to Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. And that book cracked something open in me. I became fascinated with the past life regressions he described — so fascinated that I knew I had to experience one myself, not just read about them.
You can read more about what that process actually looks like in my past life regression hypnosis guide.
My First Past Life Regression
So I found someone locally who did this work, and I went in for my first regression.
“Oh my gosh — was that real?”
That’s the first thing I said when I came out of it. I didn’t have a category for what had just happened. It was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life, and I hadn’t even known it was possible to have an experience like that. If you’re asking that same question, you’re not alone — it’s one I get often, and one I explore honestly in are past life regressions real.
I went back for a second session. And that time, when I came out, what I said was: “This is better than therapy.”
What I Meant By That
That statement surprised me as much as it might surprise you, especially coming from someone with a background in psychology, counseling, and education. What I meant was this: there’s a real difference between someone else telling you what’s going on with you, and you telling yourself what’s going on with you. I’d spent years doing the first kind of work — offering insight to other people. What I experienced in that chair was the second kind, and it landed differently. It resonated in a way that outside insight, however well-intentioned, often can’t.
From there, I felt myself being pulled away from traditional coaching and counseling and toward hypnosis and past life regression specifically. It wasn’t a rejection of that earlier training — it’s still part of how I work today. But something in me knew this was where I needed to go.
The Regression That Changed My Direction
The moment that made it undeniable happened during one of my own sessions, when I went in with a real question: what is my true direction in this life? I had always assumed the answer was counseling and coaching. But some part of me suspected there was something more.
In that regression, I found myself as a Catholic nun. The session opened with me — her — in a state of rage. And I could feel that rage as clearly as if it were my own, because it was the same rage I carry in this lifetime.
When I asked her why she was so angry, she told me she had gone to a priest to talk about her gifts, and he had threatened her — told her she was never to speak of them, never to use them to help anyone.
I asked her what gift she meant.
She said: “The same one as you.”
Then she described it: she could receive messages from beyond, hold conversations with God, with saints, with the Virgin Mary, as naturally as speaking with another person. And that stopped me, because I have always been able to do exactly that — including during Mass, for as long as I can remember. I genuinely thought that was normal. I thought everyone experienced it that way. It turns out that isn’t true.
In that lifetime, she never got to use her gift. She kept quiet, kept her head down, and used what she received privately, just to get herself through.
What This Showed Me
Sitting with that, I understood something about my own life in this one. That gift didn’t disappear — it followed me here. And this time, it’s meant to be used to help others, through the connection I’ve always had naturally.
Where This Path Has Led Me
That regression is what set me on the road away from counseling and coaching alone, and toward building a full past life regression practice — though if you look closely, you’ll still find coaching and counseling woven into how I work. I use them to help clients set an intention going in, and to make sense of what they experience coming out. But the insight itself — the part that actually changes something — comes from them, not from me telling them what I see.
That’s the short version of how I found this path, and why I keep walking it. If you’d like to know more about my background and credentials, you can read more about me here.
